Respite & Daycare

Daycare allows people living alone to prioritise self-care, socialise and enjoy a good meal. It can also provide a respite break for partners caring for their loved ones at Home.

Day Care

We have recognised a growing need for Day Care, which provides an opportunity to socialise and enjoy a good meal. For many, Day Care also provides a valuable respite break for partners caring for their loved ones at Home.

We can support Residential and Dementia Day Care from 10-16:30 (including lunch) or 10-18:30 (including Lunch and Supper). Our Day Care package includes relaxing in an assisted bath, having a haircut, or participating in our extensive morning and afternoon activities.

We appreciate how isolated people living with dementia or mobility issues can become. A regular weekly visit to Nyton House can provide something to look forward to, build new friendships and offer reassurance for the next steps into Care.

Respite Care

Whether you are recuperating from an operation or allowing a Caregiver to take a Holiday, a respite stay at Nyton should feel like a mini break.

With the highest standards of mobility equipment and Hospital Beds, we can support people to leave Hospital and recuperate in a comfortable and idyllic setting. Where a partner or home-carer is taking a holiday, we can support stays at Nyton House in both our residential and dementia units. Respite Stays also allow prospective clients to try our service and help plan for future long-term stays.
